My 6 Little Miracles..They Are More Than Just Twins, A Single and Triplets

It is always right to start with the 1st born.  Eamon is my oldest (twin) and he is turning into such a fun loving, easy going, kind young man.  He is liked by others and he has a passion for hockey.  He rarely complains and when he does you want to listen because it is so rare.  In the morning, I tell Eamon as he is going to the bus, to have a good day and he responds with , "Mom hope you have a better one".  I hear from different mom's at school that he is always saying "hello".  He is quite the social one and is working on his organizational skills and his writing.  He is very good to his brother, Liam and often does what it takes to please others.  He is very good at math, likes art and loves to ask his dad those crazy, what if? questions.  He seems very interested in learning about life.  I am so proud of you Eamon Mott, you are more than I dreamed of in a son.

Liam is my second (twin)  and my fair haired, sunburn easily kid.  Liam is a natural athlete and although I don't know if he is going to the NHL, he seems to do well at most sports that he tries.  He is a Hockstra thru and thru.  He is sensitive and very detailed.  He is good at math and is a solid reader.  He is very scheduled and likes to have his homework done immediately after getting off the bus.  He loves hockey but I think he loves baseball a little more.  Liam is wonderful with his little brothers. When I leave him in charge of the triplets he takes his responsibility very serious.   Liam can be very shy and is much more timid in a group of kids that he doesn't know.  His teachers say that he is task orientated at school and a good student.  He will still give me hugs if no one else is around.  Liam loves and desires to be first in everything.  I hope this doesn't get in his way growing up.  Liam you are a handsome young man and I feel so honored to be your mom.  You make me so proud.

The little mother of the family.  Mairin is my only sweet, lovable little girl.  I try to cherish every outfit and every nail polish session we have because she is it for the girls.  Mairin is very easy going and always offering up her help and guidance to others especially her little brothers.  She strives to get approval from her older brothers and often rumbles with Liam.  She complains about eating her vegetables but she is always up for a dessert.  She seems to be well likes in school and she looks forward to going to school and riding the bus with her brothers.  Mairin likes to have plans.  She is all about where she is going next and what we are doing tomorrow.  She started swimming this year and doing very well at it.  She wants to add in some tennis this summer.  Mairin is always negotiating and she will often push until you just give in.  Mairin your little spirit keeps me going.  Your constant "I love you mom" puts a smile on my face.  I love your independence and I love your genuine kindness to others.  I am so happy and proud that you are my daughter. I know you are going to go places.

Dearest Colin.  Colin you are the oldest of the triplets and you have eyelashes that people pay for.  You truly have eyes that sparkle.  You are king of your castle but the outside world still has you a bit cautious.  You are lovable and fun and can turn on a dime and be angry as can be.  I never know what Colin I am getting until I am right in front of you.  I think you might have a bit of an athletic ability based on the interest in balls, bats, gloves, sticks and everything that involves a sport.  You warm up slowly but once you are comfortable you are off to the races.  You talk all of the time and you are the tallest of the triplets.  I never see you as happy as when you are sitting on your dad's lap.  You are much happier when you can be outside and you throw quite the fit when it is time to come inside.  Colin you bring me joy everyday and I thank god for giving you to me.

Declan....my little devil.  You are definitely the cutest thing out there but "wow" you are a handful.  You bob your little head back and forth and rock your legs to any kind of music.  You are always smiling and always talking.  You lead your brothers to trouble every chance you get.  You get very mad at me when I tell you "no" and you always try to show me your anger by throwing something or digging in the garbage.  You are good at escaping from anything and anywhere.  You are very quiet when you are getting into things.  In the beginning we all thought you were the quiet one.  Every morning when I bring you downstairs you point to my room and say, "da da at work".  Declan you are one of kind and I love every last ounce of you...no matter what.

Brother Finn...You are it buddy. You are the youngest, last one and the baby of the family.  You have some amazing front teeth.  They are rounded just enough to make you look adorable.  Your little wavy red hair makes you such a site for sore eyes.  When you smile I think of your father since you both have those high cheeks.  Your feelings get hurt easily but you are so easily entertained.  You prefer to play with your trucks...without the help of your brothers and you have this weird obsession with putting everyones shoes on.  You are very easy going and it is only rarely that you lose it with a full fledged temper.  Anger makes you go after your brothers with your teeth and you have left marks. (we are really working on this one).  You are the first to let people pick you up or hold your hand. You seem to be very comfortable out in public around people you don't know.  Your laugh is infectious and your kisses are special.  Finn I couldn't have picked a better "baby" of the family.  You are so precious and loved so much.

Well everyone...there you have it.  6 paragraphs of mommy bragging.  The beauty of it is that this is their baby book so I have to do it right?  To those of you who kept readin...god bless you, I know that was alot of kids to talk about. It is important to me that they always know that even though they have lots of brothers and sisters their mother recognizes their differences, strengths and weaknesses.

You are such a good mommy. The fact that you love each kid so much is very encouraging, especially when I feel like my hands are so full with only 3.

Enjoyed your blog. This is a random question. I found you from the moms of multiples fb page and on your blog saw that you have 3 bumbo baby chairs. Are you interested in selling 2 and if so for what price. Just curious. Thanks! hab1021@aol.com
